- “Technician”: An independent professional engaged by Ride N Care to deliver services.
- Any person who accesses or uses the Platform and:
- Is at least 18 years of age
- Is of sound mind
- Is legally capable of entering into a contract
II. USAGE TERMS
A. General Use
All Users accessing the Platform agree to comply with these Terms, along with all rules, guidelines, and policies issued by Ride N Care.
B. Modification of Terms
Ride N Care reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
C. User Responsibility
Users must ensure the accuracy of the personal information provided. Ride N Care is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
D. Account Restriction or Termination
Ride N Care may suspend or terminate access without notice under the following conditions:
- Violation of Terms
- User is below 18 years
- Fraudulent activity
- Location spoofing
- Providing false information
- Uploading inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful content
- Misuse of the Platform
- Violation of any Indian law
E. Legal Remedies
Ride N Care reserves the right to pursue legal action and claim damages for losses caused by violations.
F. Service Availability
Ride N Care may change, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
G. Communication Consent
Users consent to receive notifications, service updates, promotional messages, and administrative communication via email, SMS, phone calls, or WhatsApp.
H. Legal Compliance
Ride N Care may disclose user information if required by law enforcement or courts.
III. SERVICES DISCLAIMER
- Ride N Care acts as a facilitator connecting Users with Technicians.
- Service quality depends on individual Technicians.
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, parts availability, or external conditions.
- Spare parts, if required, may be chargeable separately unless specified.
IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- All content on the Platform including text, images, designs, logos, software, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of Ride N Care.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
When Users upload any content:
- They confirm ownership of such content
- They grant Ride N Care a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and operational purposes
V. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
- The Platform may contain third-party links.
- Ride N Care is not responsible for third-party content, services, accuracy, or policies.
- Any dealings with third parties are at the User’s own risk.
VI. PAYMENT TERMS
- All payments must be made through approved payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Ride N Care reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment fraud or technical failure.
VII. CANCELLATION & REFUND
- Cancellation policies shall apply as displayed on the Platform at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ride N Care shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Damage caused due to incorrect service information provided by User
- Mechanical failures unrelated to performed service
- Delays beyond reasonable control
IX. INDEMNITY
Users agree to indemnify Ride N Care against any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
X. PRIVACY POLICY
User data will be handled as per Ride N Care’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will not be sold or misused.
XI. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.

- Both parties shall attempt amicable settlement of disputes.
- Users must first escalate grievances through the Company’s redressal mechanism.
- Compensation, if applicable, shall not exceed the value of the last two successful payments made on the Platform.
